To provide outstanding 24/7 customer service over the phone.
Catering to customers’ banking requests, answer or escalate customers’ queries and complaints related to product and services.
Maintaining a strong communication channel via constant coordination with nationwide branches and Head Office departments.
NOTE People with Islamic banking knowledge will be preferred.
