Key Responsibilities:

  • To undertake and lead customer on-boarding activities.
  • Interact and manage corporate clients and on-site customer on-boarding.
  • Serve as primary service office for enhancing customer experience.
  • Promote bank’s product suite through cross-sell.
  • Assist in accomplishing business targets.
  • Work in collaboration with relevant stakeholders for product/service enhancement.
